Dr. Nikia Grayson, DNP, MSN, MPH, MA, CNM, FNP-C is a public health activist, anthropologist, and family nurse-midwife dedicated to reproductive and birth justice. With 15+ years of experience, she works to expand midwifery and create care models that center Black and brown communities. Nikia is Chief Clinical Officer at CHOICES Memphis Center for Reproductive Health and serves on the Board of Directors for SisterReach. She has been recognized nationally as an Aspen Fellow, Rockwood Fellow, and Duke Johnson & Johnson Nurse Leader.
